This triple-plated receiver-style hitch is designed for Harley's 2007 to 2017 Fat Boy. Also fits the Fat Boy Lo 2010 to 2016 and the Fat Boy Special 2016 to 2017.
Easy over-the-fender installation includes hardware and installation diagram. See the Softail installation video. This hitch is very similar and would install in about the same way.
