Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund less shipping costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Open wiring kits cannot be returned for a refund unless the error was ours.
Hitches that have been installed and removed will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% by the manufacturer. Hitch manufacturers may also assess a refinishing fee if a hitch was scratched during installation or not properly repackaged for return. Hitches that have been modified in any way cannot be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
For all sales over $100, credit card processing fees will be deducted from your return unless that return was as a result of our error. For example, if you order a camper or Rampage lift and decide to cancel the sale, we will refund your payment minus the credit card processing fee that we were charged. If you return a product that we shipped in error, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping
We ship directly to addresses in the US, Canada and Australia. If you live elsewhere, please register for a US address at a package forwarding service such as Stakry.com or MyUS.com. This is necessary because tax collection rules in many countries now require us to register for separate accounts, collect and pay your taxes up front. For a small shop, that's just too complicated, sorry. Package forwarding services provide this service.
Because many of our product are direct-shipped, we do not control the shipping method manufacturers use. The most common are USPS, UPS and FedEx. The default shipping option we offer is for ground service. If you need expedited shipping, we can typically arrange that, depending on the availability of the part.
