This is the isolating trailer wiring kit for 5-wire trailers (separate brake lights/turns). It fits FLT/FLH bikes from 1997 to 2013, Tri Glide from 2009 to 2013 and the Softail from 1997 to 2017.

Description

This trailer wiring kit powers the lights on a trailer while protecting your bike's wiring system and, on newer bikes, the engine control module. This version fits Harley touring bikes from 1997 to 2013 including the Electra Glide, Road Glide, Road King, Street Glide and Tri Glide. It also fits the Softail from 1997 to 2017.

This kit is available for trailers set up with 4-wire or 5-wire lighting systems. If you aren't sure which you need, check out this video that explains the differences between the two systems.

    Plug & Play Isolating Harness

    This is my second time purchasing the Plug & Play Isolating Harness for my FLHTK. First purchase several years ago and due to MY negligence in recent work under the seat I damaged the harness and thus purchased a second one. The directions and ease of installation is outstanding. The only thing easier than the installation is the order process. Dale was quick to respond to my clarifying questions and received the new harness incredibly fast which allowed me to attend an event I was sure to miss without the quick turnaround.     Harley trailer Light wiring 1997-2013

    I received the kit and was able to install easily because of the detailed instructions! Lights on trailer work the way they supposed to. Will be taking a long trip with trailer and let you know how it goes Thanks for the product

    Better than expected - Happy Customer!

    The wiring harness showed up 2 days earlier than expected, well packaged and protected. Installation was a breeze because the instructions are well written. As the instructions explain, don't depend on wire color. Confirm function of the trailer's tail/running, brake, and turn signals wiring first before completing any connections. Go slow and everything will be ok. Even the length of the harness was perfect requiring no trimming to get the length right. Well done Dale! PS - I'm glad he kept the price lower by not including "standard" connectors because my old trailer is a 5 wire but with a rare square 6 connector.

    Harley Wiring Harness + 4 flat converter

    I received the wiring harness and converter very promptly.. There are instructions with each component. The most important instruction is to "read the instructions." Following the instructions resulted in a 100% successful install on the first try. The only surprise is that a 4-flat (vehicle side) connector is not included in the converter. The connector is easily available at most auto parts stores. I've used the trailer a few times now and everything is perfect. Thanks Dale for all you support as I got through my trailer purchase and wiring processes.
